This band is called "サクラシンマチ" - when you translate that, it's the name of a place "Sakura Shinmachi", but they use Sakushin.net for their URL, so I'm not 100% sure what they band/singer is called in English. Seemed like a fun guy - very interactive with the people watching on the street. I think he might have said they were from Osaka
